What RP alcohol inks can do

  • They create 3D diffusion structures (tubes, cells, organic maps) in clear casting resin.
  • Suitable for small castings (jewellery, pendants), decorations and coasters.
  • The formulation is verified for use in epoxy resins.

How to use them

  • Dropping into fresh resin – for distinctive 3D formations and “coral” effects.
  • On a fully/partially cured surface – for colour gradients and subtle maps.
  • Silicone moulds make dosing, layering and removing the finished piece easier.
  • For accuracy, use a dropper or pipette; work within the recommended working time of the mixture.

Tips for the result

  • Start with a small amount (1–3 drops) and add more as needed.
  • To open the cells, you can gently use a hot air gun – do not overheat the resin.
  • Combine multiple shades in layers to increase the depth of the effect.
Warning: Excessive amounts of ink may extend curing time or degrade the mixture. Add drop by drop and test on a sample.
