Recommended procedure
- Prepare the mold (clean, dry, ideally degreased).
- Pour the grit into the mold or layer it into the desired pattern (geode, "crystal" edges, fillings).
- Pour in layers – a thin layer will "lock" the grit, the next layer will create depth and optical effect.
- De-airing – briefly and carefully pass hot air over the surface and let it cure.
