Instructions – quick guide

1. Preparation: wash the mould with lukewarm water and mild soap, dry without fibres.
2. Alignment: join the halves and secure with Washi tape or a rubber band.
3. Pouring: pour in a thin stream along the wall of the mould; work slowly for clear castings.
4. Curing: observe the times/temperature according to the chosen resin.
5. Removal & finish: gently separate, the thin seam after joining can be easily sanded.

Tips for a perfect result

• Reduce bubbles: degas the mixture or pour in multiple thin layers.
• Pigment sparingly – the spherical shape accentuates every effect (mica, pearl, glitter).
• Do not apply strong local heat (hot air gun) to the silicone.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: lukewarm water + mild soap, without abrasives or sharp tools.
• Solvents: no aggressive cleaners; use isopropanol only exceptionally and wipe quickly.
• Storage: flat, away from direct sunlight and pressure deformation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a separator? Usually not necessary with quality silicone; a light silicone separator may help with very reactive systems.
