How to create perfect castings

1. Preparation: rinse the mould with lukewarm water and mild soap, and dry without any fibre residue.
2. Mixing: Prepare the resin according to the manufacturer's instructions, mix slowly to minimise bubbles.
3. Pouring: Pour in a thin stream; a pipette or syringe will help with small cavities.
4. Curing: Adhere to the times and temperatures recommended for your epoxy resin.
5. Finishing: After removal, you can lightly chamfer the edges with a fine abrasive and polish if necessary.
