Moulds for trays, coasters and 'ocean surface' textures
For marine-themed projects, use round and rectangular moulds, as well as special textured surfaces for waves and relief. Silicone moulds allow for clean removal and repeated use; 'beach' elements (sand, pebbles) can be added to the decor in the first layer.
- A level surface is essential – otherwise the colours will run and the composition will be lost.
- Separator saves the mould and time when removing.
- Protect the edges with tape for a sharp 'flood coat' finish.
TIP: Sprinkle sand or pebbles into a thin first layer – after partial gelation, cover with blue shades.
