What it's good for

Sparkly jewellery (pendants, earrings), coasters and trays, candle holders, interior decorations and small gift sets. Great for enhancing the depth of clear resin and for covering backgrounds in colourful projects.

Dosage and mixing

• Dosage: typically 0.1–3% of the mixture weight (depending on the desired intensity). Start with a smaller amount and add more.
• Mixing: mix into the already perfectly mixed resin, mix slowly - you will reduce bubbles.
• Glitter settling: for a thicker layer, pour in 2–3 thinner layers or briefly thicken the mixture before pouring.
• Surface finish: for a mirror shine on jewellery, a thin clear final layer after sanding the edges will help.

Tips for effects

• Gradient: sprinkle less glitter into the bottom layer and more into the top layer – this will create a smooth transition.
• Mix with mica: a small pinch of pearl adds depth without losing the sparkle.
• Negative space: leave part of the mould clear – this will enhance the refraction of light and the sparkle.

Safety and care

• Not intended for contact with food. Do not use on surfaces intended to come into contact with food.
• Work in gloves and in a well-ventilated area according to the instructions for your resin.
• Store in a dry, well-sealed place, away from direct sunlight.
