How to cast in epoxy (cleanly and without bubbles)

1. Preparation: briefly rinse the fragments and dry completely (moisture = bubbles).
2. First clear layer: pour a thin clear layer and let it slightly gel so that the decor does not sink.
3. Placement: arrange the glass pieces with tweezers; do not overfill, so that the epoxy covers everything.
4. Encapsulation: slowly pour a covering clear layer; pour continuously so that air can escape.
5. Finish: after hardening, optionally add a thin clear layer for a perfectly smooth surface.

Design Tips

• "Jade" edge: create a narrow border from the chips and leave the centre clear or lightly tinted.
• Mother-of-pearl under glass: a pinch of mica/mother-of-pearl under the chips adds depth without losing the natural look.
• Luxury accent: mix in a few flakes of metallic foil (gold/silver) for a subtle shimmer.
