TABULA 50-48-660 Casting Epoxy Resin
TABULA is a crystal-clear epoxy resin designed for the production of table tops, serving boards and woodworking products made of wood.
Casting epoxy for wood, casting resin for table tops and 'river tables' – long working time, low viscosity and the possibility of casting up to 50 mm for precise woodworking projects.
Advantages of TABULA resin
- Excellent self-deaeration
- Glossy surface after curing without the need for further treatment
- Low viscosity for precise details
- Extended processing time – ideal for precise work
Resin Uses
- Casts up to 50 mm high
- Tabletop Manufacturing
- Manufacture of wooden carpentry products, serving boards, etc.

Pigmentation and Colouring
- For transparent colouring, use resin dyes
- For an opaque effect, use resin pigments
- You can add glow powder, metallic effects, glitter, dried flowers and decorative flakes
- For original effects, we recommend alcohol inks
Brief Instructions for Use
- Surfaces must be dry and clean; wood can be sealed with a thin “seal coat” layer.
- Weigh the components in a ratio of 100: 40 (by weight) and mix for 2–3 minutes, scraping the walls/container.
- Pour steadily, respecting the max. layer height of 50 mm and the recommended volume of 0.5 l per batch.
- Allow to cure at a stable temperature of 20–23 °C; for larger areas, pour in multiple layers.
Important warning
- The temperature during mixing and casting must not fall below 20 °C
- During curing, it is necessary to ensure stable temperature conditions
- Use precise weight measurement – volumetric measurement is not suitable!
- A higher ambient temperature during resin curing reduces the safe maximum height of a single cast layer

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the correct mixing ratio and how long can I process the mixture for?
The ratio is 100:40 (by weight), working time approx. 240 minutes at 20–23 °C. How high a layer can I pour at once?
Up to 50 mm depending on the size of the batch, mould and conditions. For larger areas, pour in multiple layers. How to prevent bubbles in the casting?
Work at the recommended temperature, seal the wood pores with a 'seal coat', let the mixture stand briefly after mixing, and use a heat gun on surface microbubbles.
