Product detailed description

Quick assembly and repairs – jewellery components for completing epoxy jewellery, coaster feet, magnets for the back of castings, miniature decorations, cracked plastic or ceramic parts, rubber seals, etc.

Which variant to choose

  • Low viscosity (50 g or 20 g): low viscosity seeps into the gap, suitable for smooth and precise fitting of parts. Ideal for small areas and hairline cracks, processing time 2-3 seconds
  • Gel (20 g): Fast-curing, thixotropic and gel-like cyanoacrylate adhesive with a processing time of 5-10 seconds. Non-drip, allowing application even on vertical surfaces and very porous materials. Use on materials such as metal, plastic, elastomer, ceramic and wood

Instructions for use

  1. Surface preparation: degrease (ideally with IPA), dry and loosely assemble the parts.
  2. Application: apply a small amount of adhesive (thin film). Allow capillary action with the low viscosity version.
  3. Assembly: Press together for 10–60 s depending on the material and temperature. Full strength usually within hours.
  4. After curing: Excess can be carefully scraped off; test on sensitive surfaces first.

Tips from experience

  • Less is more: too much adhesive slows down curing and worsens the appearance of the joint.
  • Activator/accelerator: CA activator can be used for porous materials or immediate fixation (apply sparingly).
  • Blooming (whitening by vapours): glue in a draught or extraction; allow components to ventilate before the final clear coat.
  • With epoxy: Glue mechanical parts (legs, magnets) only to a fully hardened cast, ideally after degreasing with IPA.

Safety and storage

  • Do not glue skin or eyes. If skin is glued together, do not pry apart – use warm soapy water/acetone without perfume on the edges (not on sensitive skin), consult the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Vapours irritate eyes and respiratory system. Glue in a well-ventilated area.
  • Flammable. Away from sources of heat and flame. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Storage: close tightly, in a cool and dry place; longer life in the refrigerator (in a dry bag). Allow to reach room temperature before use.

Material compatibility

  • Excellent: metals, ceramics, porcelain, glass (degreased), rubber, leather, wood, most hard plastics ABS/PMMA/PC.
  • Difficult: PE, PP, PTFE, silicone – require a special primer or another type of adhesive.
