RENOVA DESK 1-24-775 UV++ resin specially developed for dining table tops, bar counters and kitchen worktops
Advantages:
- very good levelling
- High resistance to yellowing

- Perfectly glossy surface after pouring and curing

- Low viscosity
- Extended processing time
For resin products:
- products up to a casting height of 1mm
- furniture surfaces: dining table tops, bar counters, kitchen worktops, dining tables, table tops
- Boards: board surfaces coated with resin
Properties:
- Two-component resin
- UV stable ++
- Weight mixing ratio 3:1
- Density after mixing both components 775 mPa.s (300mPa.s extra low viscosity - 9000mPa.s extra high viscosity)
- Provides a hardness of 90 Shore D after curing
- Casting up to a layer thickness of 1mm
- Working temperature 23 °C
- Workability 30-40 minutes (on the poured surface)
- Curing time 24 hours (depending on ambient temperature)
- Can be processed by grinding and polishing

Pigmentation and colouring:
- For transparent colouring, use resin dyes
- For opaque colouring, use resin pigments
- We add metallic powders to the resin to achieve a specific appearance of the cured surface
Packaging:
1kg, total of component A+B
Warning:
- When coating boards, it is recommended to first apply a primer to the board
- The processing temperature (mixing, casting) must not fall below 20 °C.
- Temperature fluctuations must not occur during curing - a negative effect on the cured surface.
- The mixing ratio of component A + B is by weight. To maintain the ratio, we do not recommend volumetric measurement; both components must be weighed!
