Mixing in bulk, degassing and final levelling

Large-volume mixing containers, long-reach spatulas, clamps, router sled, heat gun and PPE. An IR thermometer is useful for checking the exotherm. When finishing, allow for milling/planning and multi-stage sanding and polishing.

Degas by slow mixing and temperature control.
Planar/levelling only after full curing.
Plan your material consumption with the calculator.

TIP: Before the final “flood coat”, degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol – this will improve the wettability and the resulting gloss.
