Work pads
We use a range of tools for resin art. We recommend special work mats for small resin jewellery and resin casting. They are made of silicone, to which the resin does not stick. Once hardened, it is easy to peel off the mat. We remove uncured resin from the mat with technical alcohol. This dissolves uncured resin or drips after resin casting and is easily removed. The silicone mat can also be used to make a flat mould for resin bowls and dishes. On the non-stick base of the mat, we create a sealant border into which we pour the resin. We form the uncured resin into the shape of a bowl and allow the resin to harden.
