Eco-resin Polymera 200-1-2000 is an acrylic-based resin designed for creating decorations by casting into silicone moulds. Unlike epoxy resins, this eco-resin is safe for use with children. Polymers 200 can be used to cast large and small decorations, and the colouring possibilities are endless. In its basic form, Polymer 200 is white after the two components are mixed. Many other shades and colour effects can be achieved by adding acrylic paint or metallic powder. Products made from Polymer 200 are strong and impact-resistant.

Properties:
- Two-component mineral eco-resin on a water basis (component A resin / component B hardener)
- White after mixing and curing
- Density after mixing components A+B approx. 2000-3000 mPa.s (300mPa.s extra low viscosity - 9000mPa.s extra high viscosity)
- Mixing ratio by weight 10:3 (10 parts powder / 3 parts hardener)
- Maximum casting layer height 200mm
- After curing, provides sufficient strength for the production of decorative and utility items
- Working time: 10 - 20 minutes
- Curing time: 40 - 60 minutes to remove from the mould, full cure in 24 hours
- Ideally processed at 22 - 23 °C
- Sanding
- Colouring with water-based paints (acrylic paints)
Recommendations:
- After pouring into the silicone mould, gently tap the mould to help release air bubbles.
- For colouring, you can use not only acrylic paints (the addition of paint should not exceed 5% of the weight of the prepared mixture)
- You can add metallic powders to Polymera 200
- To achieve a TERAZZO decor, we add coloured chips
- Colour transitions can be achieved by mixing two or more shades, which are only slightly "mixed" before pouring into the mould
- Finished products can be further painted
Storage:
- Store in a dark and dry place, carefully close after opening
