DEKORA 45-36-800 UV++ Crystal Resin is a low-viscosity epoxy resin designed for the creation of medium-sized decorations, orgonites, and wood and resin products.

Advantages:

For resin products:
- Products with a casting height of up to 45mm
- Small decorations: spheres, cubes, cuboids, crystals, cones, cylinders, prisms, pyramids, candle holders, paperweights
- Large decorations: large letters and numbers, spheres, cubes, cuboids, crystals, cones, cylinders, prisms, pyramids, candle holders, paperweights
- Resin wood: clocks, boards, coasters, lamps, trays and platters
- Bowls: bowls, dishes, jars, boxes
- Orgonites: pyramids and other shapes

These moulds can be used for casting:
- Silicone molds for small decorations (balls, cubes, smaller 3D shapes, pyramids, crystals, paperweights)
- silicone moulds for bowls, jars, boxes and candle holders
- silicone mould for orgonites
- silicone moulds for ashtrays

- Density after mixing components A+B 800mPa.s (300mPa.s extra low viscosity - 9000mPa.s extra high viscosity)
- Weight mixing ratio 3:1
- Volume mixed at one time 1 litre
- Maximum casting layer height 45mm
- After curing, provides a surface and casting hardness of 84 Shore D (56 Shore D medium hard - 90 Shore D very hard)
- Processing time 30 minutes
- Curing time 36 hours (depending on ambient temperature and amount of material cast)
- Ideally processed at 22 - 23 °C
- Machining by grinding and polishing

Pigmentation and colouring:
- For transparent colouring, use resin dyes
- For opaque colouring, use resin pigments
- You can add luminous powder or metallic powder to the resin to give it a specific look
- Decorative materials can be added to the resin - glitter, dried flowers and decorative flakes
- Use alcohol inks for special effects

Warning:
- When pouring porous materials, it is recommended to seal the surface of these materials first with a primer to prevent bubbles from entering the resin during curing (e.g. jewellery in combination with wood and resin)
- The processing temperature (mixing, casting) must not fall below 20 °C.
- Temperature fluctuations must not occur during curing - a negative effect on the cured surface.
- The mixing ratio of component A + B is by weight. To maintain the ratio, we do not recommend volumetric measurement; both components must be weighed!
