Doming resin ELASTIC 3-24-200 UV++ for coating surfaces of stickers, badges and 3D effect plaques - flexible after curing.

Advantages:

Properties:
- flexible after curing
- medium viscosity 200mPa.s (300mPa.s extra low viscosity - 9000mPa.s extra high viscosity)
- epoxy resin clear, transparent
- two-component resin, component A resin, component B hardener
- provides casting hardness of 70 Shore A elastic, flexible after curing
- Weight mixing ratio 3:1
- UV++ maximum protection
- self-levelling
- workability at 23 °C
- Mixed volume at once 1 litre, process as soon as possible
- Workability 40 minutes (200g)
- Curing time 24 hours (depending on ambient temperature and amount of material cast)

Pigmentation and colouring:
- For transparent colouring, use resin dyes
Packaging:
1kg, total of component A+B

Warning:
- The processing temperature (mixing, casting) must not fall below 20 °C.
- Temperature fluctuations must not occur during curing - a negative effect on the cured surface.
- The mixing ratio of component A + B is by weight. To maintain the ratio, we do not recommend volumetric measurement; both components must be weighed!
