TABULA Basic 50-72-600 UV++ wood resin is a low-viscosity epoxy resin designed for creating resin tables and resin casting on wood.

Advantages:

- Density after mixing components A+B 600mPa.s (300mPa.s extra low viscosity - 9000mPa.s extra high viscosity)
- Weight mixing ratio 32:10
- Mixed volume at once: 20 litres
- Maximum casting layer height: 50 mm
- after curing provides surface and casting hardness of 85 Shore D (56 Shore D medium hard - 90 Shore D very hard)
- Processing time: 120 minutes
- Curing time 48-72 hours (depending on ambient temperature and amount of material cast)
- Ideally processed at 22 - 23 °C
- Sanding and polishing finishing

Pigmentation and colouring:
- For transparent colouring, use resin dyes
- For opaque colouring, use resin pigments

Warning:
- When pouring porous materials, it is recommended to seal the surface of these materials first with a primer to prevent bubbles from entering the resin during curing (e.g. jewellery in combination with wood and resin)
- The processing temperature (mixing, casting) must not fall below 20 °C.
- Temperature fluctuations must not occur during curing - a negative effect on the cured surface.
- The mixing ratio of component A + B is by weight. To maintain the ratio, we do not recommend volumetric measurement; both components must be weighed!

Recommendation:
Long processing times can be used for self-deaeration of the resin. After weighing and thoroughly mixing both components, let the resin stand for 60 minutes. Air bubbles introduced into the resin during mixing will spontaneously disappear.
