Flowera 20-24-650 UV++ Crystal Resin is a low-viscosity epoxy resin designed for embedding flowers and insects, resulting in high-clarity cured products

Advantages:
- Ultra clear

For resin products:
- Products up to a casting height of 20-30mm,
- Dried flowers: dry matter, beetles, insects, dried flowers

The following moulds can be used for casting:
- silicone moulds for small decorations (spheres, cubes, smaller 3D shapes, pyramids, crystals, paperweights)

- two-component resin (component A resin / component B hardener)
- UV stable ++
- ultra clear
- viscosity after mixing component A+B 650mPa.s (300mPa.s extra low viscosity - 9000mPa.s extra high viscosity)
- weight mixing ratio 3:1
- volume mixed at once 1 litre
- maximum casting layer height 20-30mm
- after curing, provides a surface and casting hardness of 82 Shore D (56 Shore D medium hard - 90 Shore D very hard)
- processing time 30 minutes
- curing time 24 hours (depending on ambient temperature and amount of material cast)
- processing ideally at 22 - 23 °C
- machining by grinding and polishing

Pigmentation and colouring:
- For transparent colouring, use resin dyes

Packaging:
1kg, total of component A+B

Warning:
- When pouring porous materials, it is recommended to seal the surface of these materials first with a primer to prevent bubbles from entering the resin during curing (e.g. jewellery in combination with wood and resin)
- The processing temperature (mixing, casting) must not fall below 20 °C.
- Temperature fluctuations must not occur during curing - a negative effect on the cured surface.
- The mixing ratio of component A + B is by weight. To maintain the ratio, we do not recommend volumetric measurement; both components must be weighed!
