What you can create with the mould

Striking decorative crystals – clear and coloured, with glitter, pearlescent mica, metal flakes or dried flowers. Great as a standalone decoration, paperweight or part of lighting objects.

How to cast without bubbles

1. Preparation: rinse the mould with lukewarm water and mild soap; dry with a lint-free cloth.
2. Mixing: prepare the resin according to the instructions; mix slowly for minimum bubbles.
3. Pouring: Pour in a thin stream along the side of the mould; for larger volumes, feel free to pour in layers.
4. Curing: observe the recommended times and temperature for your epoxy resin.
5. Finishing: any micro-edges can be easily knocked down with a fine abrasive and polished with a clear coat.

Design Tips

• Depth effect: first a thin clear layer, then add a coloured/pearlescent mixture.
• Glitters: use sparingly – facets multiply the sparkle, a pinch is enough.
• Embedded elements: small stones or metal flakes should first be "glued" into a thin clear layer to prevent them from floating.

Mould maintenance

• Cleaning: lukewarm water + mild soap; do not use abrasives or sharp tools.
• Solvents: no aggressive cleaners; use isopropanol only exceptionally and wipe quickly.
• Storage: Flat, away from sunlight and without compression – for long mould life.
