How to cast without bubbles

1. Preparation: rinse the mould with lukewarm water and mild soap, and dry without any fibre residue.
2. Mixing: prepare the resin according to the instructions; mix slowly and carefully scrape the walls of the container.
3. Pouring: pour in a thin stream along the wall of the mould; for larger volumes, pour in 1–2 layers.
4. Curing: observe the recommended times and temperature for your epoxy resin.
5. Finishing: after removal, you can gently chamfer the edges and, if necessary, polish with a clear, thin layer.

Design Tips

• Marbling: Gently pull 2–3 colours through with a skewer to create fine veins.
• Terrazzo effect: Mix small coloured chips into a clear or milky mixture.
• Natural look: Dried mini flowers, leaves or metal flakes – less is more.

Safe use

• The epoxy product is not intended for direct contact with food or liquids for drinking.
• Protect from high temperatures and open flames.
• Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, do not immerse in hot water for long periods.

Mould maintenance

• Cleaning: lukewarm water + mild soap; do not use abrasives or sharp tools.
• Solvents: no aggressive cleaners; use isopropanol only exceptionally and wipe quickly.
• Storage: Flat, away from sunlight and without compression – for long mould life.
