How to cast cleanly and without bubbles

1. Preparation: rinse the mould with lukewarm water and mild soap, dry without leaving any fibres.
2. Mixing: prepare the resin according to the instructions; mix slowly and thoroughly, scraping the sides of the cup.
3. Pouring: pour in a thin stream along the wall of the mould; for thin walls, it's better to fill in two steps.
4. Curing: observe the recommended times and temperature for your epoxy resin.
5. Finishing Touches: After removal, you can lightly smooth the edges with fine abrasive and optionally apply a thin clear coat.

Design Tips

• Pearl/Mica: A pinch is enough – the facets greatly amplify the effect.
• Glitters: Use sparingly; with a small volume, they can easily obscure the detail.
• Marbling: Gently drag two to three colours with a skewer to create subtle veins.

Safe use

• The epoxy product is not intended for direct contact with food or liquids for drinking.
• Protect from high temperatures and open flames.
• Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent; do not soak in hot water for extended periods.

Mould maintenance

• Cleaning: lukewarm water + mild soap; do not use abrasives or sharp tools.
• Solvents: no aggressive cleaners; use isopropanol only exceptionally and wipe quickly.
