PURA EXTRA 120-48-1140 UV++ crystal resin is a two-component resin designed for large, premium-quality decorations

Advantages:

For resin products:
- Products up to 120mm casting height
- Large decorations: large letters and numbers, spheres, cubes, cuboids, crystals, cones, cylinders, prisms, pyramids, candle holders, paperweights
- Resin wood: clocks, boards, coasters, lamps, trays and platters
- Bowls: bowls, dishes, jars, boxes
- Orgonites: pyramids and other shapes
- Trays: serving trays
- Dried flowers: dry matter, beetles, insects, dried flowers

These moulds can be used for casting:
- silicone moulds for large decorations (large spheres and cubes, larger 3D shapes, pyramids, large letters and numbers)
- Silicone moulds for cake stands and wine racks
- silicone moulds for bowls, jars, boxes and candle holders
- silicone mould for orgonites
- Silicone moulds for trays
- silicone moulds for tables (large circular and square shapes)

- UV stable ++ (UV low UV resistance - UV++ high UV resistance), does not yellow

- Density after mixing component A+B 1140mPa.s (300mPa.s extra low viscosity - 9000mPa.s extra high viscosity)
- Weight mixing ratio 100:43.5
- Mixed volume at one time 10 litres
- Maximum cast layer height 120mm
- After curing, it provides high surface and casting hardness, 84 Shore D (56 Shore D medium hard - 90 Shore D very hard)
- Processing time 150 minutes
- Curing time 48-72 hours (depending on ambient temperature and amount of material cast)
- Ideally processed at 22 - 23 °C
- Sanding and polishing finishing

Pigmentation and colouring:
- For transparent colouring, use resin dyes
- For opaque colouring, use resin pigments
- Luminous powder or metallic powder can be added to the resin to give it a specific appearance
- Decorative materials can be added to the resin - glitter, dried flowers and decorative flakes
- Use alcohol inks for special effects

Warning:
- When pouring porous materials, it is recommended to first seal the surface of these materials using penetration to prevent bubbles from entering the resin during curing
– the processing temperature (mixing, casting) must not fall below 20°C. Celsius
- Temperature fluctuations must not occur during curing - a negative effect on the cured surface.
- The mixing ratio of component A + B is by weight. To maintain the ratio, we do not recommend volumetric measurement; both components must be weighed!
