Metallic powder is designed for full and rich colouring of casting resin. These are pure pigments obtained by grinding or crushing materials based on mica and metals. Colour shades of metallic powders can be mixed together to create further colour variations. The scope of use is vast. They can be used for resin jewellery, resin tables, resin decorations, resin pictures or when working with a silicone mould for jewellery.

Grain size: 10-60μm (μm scale indicates grain size: 5μm very fine to 350μm coarse)
Colour: Silver Pink
Property: Pearl = more pronounced reflection
It is not possible to make a definitive recommendation for the amount needed to colour epoxy resin. The colour result and resulting technical properties of the resin must be tested individually. As a guide, the proportion of pigment to resin should not exceed 5-6% of the resin volume.
Attention! Metallic powder in casting resin accelerates the reaction of components A and B. This shortens the processing time. After thorough mixing, try to pour the casting resin onto the surface as soon as possible so that the heat from the reaction can escape from the mixed compound.
