TABULA PREMIUM 300-120-240 UV++ crystal resin is a low-viscosity epoxy resin designed for the production of resin tables and furniture, and decorations in combination with wood.

These moulds can be used for casting:
- silicone moulds for tables (large circular and square shapes)

- Two-component resin (component A resin / component B hardener)
- UV stable ++

- Density after mixing component A+B 240mPa.s (300mPa.s extra low viscosity - 9000mPa.s extra high viscosity)
- weight mixing ratio 2:1
- Mixed volume at one time 50 litres
- maximum casting layer height 300mm
- provides surface and casting hardness of 84 Shore D after curing (56 Shore D medium hard - 90 Shore D very hard)
- processing time 240 minutes
- Curing time 120-168 hours (depending on ambient temperature and amount of material cast)
- Ideally processed at 22 - 23 °C
- Sanding and polishing finishing

Pigmentation and colouring:
- For transparent colouring, use resin dyes
- For opaque colouring, use resin pigments
- Luminous powder or metallic powder can be added to the resin to give it a specific appearance

Packaging:
1kg, total component A+B, 5kg, total component A+B

Warning:
- When pouring porous materials, it is recommended to seal the surface of these materials first with a primer to prevent bubbles from entering the resin during curing (e.g. jewellery in combination with wood and resin)
- The processing temperature (mixing, casting) must not fall below 20 °C.
- Temperature fluctuations must not occur during curing - a negative effect on the cured surface.
- The mixing ratio of component A + B is by weight. To maintain the ratio, we do not recommend volumetric measurement; both components must be weighed!
